The Logo of the School symbolises the Education of the School. It depicts the Schools aim to develop the potential of every student and transform talents and ideas into crowning achievements. The aim of the school has always been to spread the spirit of wisdom and learning, nurture brilliant qualities in students. The book signifies the importance of education is a youth's life which is rightly instilled by a good school which nourishes values in its students by creating and strengthening moral instincts and impulses.

A good education teaches man to develop a universal outlook, sustains the quest for learning and progressive advance knowledge is a torch that illuminates the deepest corners of ignorance in the human mind - all of which is signified by the rays of the sun.

The school aims at moulding youths into able, inspiring leaders to spread good values. The lotus that the emblem bears signifies the role played by a school in making students the finest flowers of civilization, capable youth who carve out their own destiny.

Over the years the school has always worked to build a strong foundation in the life of every youth stepping out of its campus and to inculcate the finest of principles through quality education, all of which is symbolized by the logo that the School bears.

The motto of the Oxford Senior Secondary School has always been to aim for excellence and reach the zenith of success in all respects. The song 'Lead Kindly Light' symbolises the ever burning flame of knowledge that has guided students year after year into the expanse of life. It signifies the strength of learning, the values given to the students by the school over the years to rightly influence the world and spread the sheer brilliance of knowledge, armed with the light of wisdom, that strengthens and upholds the highest of virtues and abilities in them.
