Department of Conservative and Endodontics is one of the biggest and most sought after department. It consists of total area of 17,900 Sq. ft. and with the following facilities:

PRECLINICAL DEPARTMENT

Area of 4790 Sq.ft. Consists of 109 phantom head tables. Each table has connection for Airotor, micro motor and a three-way syringe. The IInd years work on teeth of phantom head models which simulates human head.

CLINICAL SECTION

Consists of big clinical area of 9150 Sq.ft. equipped with 40 chairs. Each chair has an Airotor, micromotor and air motor connection. Department also has advanced light cure system, x-ray machine, scalars, piezo endo connection.

Modern Gadgets like sono endo pulp vitality testing equipment, advanced system of mixing the silver alloy - DENTOMAT alloy mixer are present. Advanced rotary instruments for endodontic treatment (RCT) is used.

Futuristic filling materials like Composite-micro, macro, hybrid and flowable are all present in the department.

Seminar room, 2 sterilization rooms, magna x-ray viewer. One casting room with casting facilities is available to the students. Department also has other facilities like OHP, slide projector, 2 computers with CD drive attachment.

The department has additional PG SECTION with an area of 3960 Sq.ft. It has totally about 11 chairs with all attachments. We hae a full-fledged endodontic surgical unit with a fiber optic hand piece and all the attachments with an RVG (Radio Visiography).
