Objectives:
- To familiarize the students with preparation of National and International Cuisines.
- To culivate professional skills in hotel Food and Beverage Service.
- To familiarize students with the accomodations and make them thorough in the departments of front office and housekeeping
- To get a grip over Finance, Accounts, Marketing and general Management.
- To acquire specific communication skills with basic and spoken knowledge of French.
