The Oxford Academy of Nursing Sciences has its own parental multi speciality hospital of 150 bedded to cater services to the community and to provide clinical experience for the students.

The Academy also attached to Jayanagar General Hospital which is a major hospital with 350 bedded with 100% bed occupancy rate. The other extended & expanded clinical experience are provided to the students in internationally recognized institution such as NIMHANS, Kidwai - Institute of Oncology, Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health, Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Sanjay Gandhi Accident & Trauma Centre, Vittal Institute of Ophthalmology, & Cadabam's Rehabilitation Centre. Students avail experience in public health services in rural health center at Harohalli & in Urban area at Gavipuram, Guttahalli.
