1. Oxfordites have bagged CHAMPIONSHIP AWARD during 2002 – 2003 and have been declared as BEST March past Team by the Board of Technical Education, amongst 1500 students drawn from 65 Polytechnics during the 26^th sports meet of Board of Technical Education held at Kantirava Stadium, Bangalore.
2. During the academic year 2003 - 2004, the polytechnic students have won champion trophies in the 27th inter polytechnic meet held at Mysore.
3. During the academic year 2003 - 2004, the following titled project works carried out by final year students of Automobile/Mechanical branches and exhibited during "Do It Yourself" State Level Programme conducted by D.T.E. Karnataka, for polytechnic and Engineering college students. The projects were exhibited at the venue Nitte Engineering College, Nitte, Karnataka.
