- Must have passed in B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or Post Certificate B.Sc Nursing of RGUHS or any other University accepted as equivalent by RGUHS and must have obtained a minimum of not less than 55% aggregate marks (50% marks in case of Karnataka SC / ST / OBC’s).
- Minimum of one year of experience after obtaining B.Sc Nursing or minimum of one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree or Post certificate B.Sc Nursing, in a hospital or in Nursing Educational Institution recognized by INC.
- Registered in any State Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife.
- Candidate shall be Medically fit.

- Pass in PUC / 10+2 or equivalent exam with Science subjects PCB and English 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of Karnataka SC / ST / OBC’s).
- Must have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE D.G.N.M
ELIGIBILITY
- Admission is open to candidates from all parts of india and even outside countries.
- All those who have passed PUC/intermidate/10+2/equivalent examination.(Preferably with Science)
- Candidate should be single, of good health and moral character.
- The minimum age for enterance is completion of 17 years as on 1st September of the year of admission. The upper age limit is 35 years.
- Candidates are admitted once in any year in the month of September.
- Candidates should apply is prescribed application form.
- Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the Admission Office, on payment of the prescribed fees.
ADMISSION
Selected candidates should submit the completed application form. The completed application form shall accompany the following originals along with 2 sets of photocopies for originals.
- Birth Certificate
- Mark List of PUC/10+2 or any other qualifying examination.
- Mark list of SSLC
- Transfer Certificate
- Physical Fitness Certificate
