Our college has a unique  Mentor interaction system where the students from first year to final year are  allotted Mentors.

Every mentor (staff member) is allotted 3 students ( Mentees ) who monitors the progress , guides and motivates the student. He/ she maintains a log of the students attendance and progress academically. The mentee is encouraged to meet the mentor on a weekly basis during college hours .

There are four chief mentors appointed for every year , i.e., I BDS , II BDS, III BDS, IV BDS , who inturn coordinate with the mentors of the respective years.

The chief mentor calls for a meeting every 3 months, during which all the problems of that year are addressed and brought to the notice of the concerned authorities.

Parents teachers meetings
The chief mentor organises a Parent’s teachers meeting  every 3 months . The parents are intimated via email / phone / smsand encouraged to meet with the all the subject teachers during this time and discuss the progress of their wards.

Students  & parents are encouraged to give feedback, the same is evaluated and steps taken if necessary

Anti ragging
An anti ragging committee is formed to provide a ragging free campus in our college. The members of the committee make  random checks  and surprise visits to ensure a ragging free campus.

The Oxford dental college  does not encourage Ragging of any sorts. As per the regulation our students and their parents submit anti ragging related affidavits to the institutions at the time of admission. Our institute has an Anti-Ragging committee to look after the same. Guilty students will be penalized.

The college has excellent faculty to take class and provide individual attention to the students for them to excel in their academics.

A unique counselling both for students and patient is provided in our college.

Student counselling: Students are counselled by in house counsellor who is available to the students, both UGs and PGs on selected days.
